I don’t know what about you, but after forty hour a week working, I don’t feel like to stand beside the stove and invite recipes that take a lot of time to make.
That is way I like to share my tips and tricks to stay healthy and to put almost no time to prepare food.
I like my vitamins and minerals and my vitamin c to stay healthy during winter.
So the first recipe is the parsley salad.
What you need is parsley, lemon, salt and pepper.
Start by chopping the parsley in pieces and squeeze then some lemon juice and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir the whole thing with your fingers and ready to eat.
The second idea is just some salad, also add some salt and pepper. Do not forget the lemon juice and the garlic.
Of course this is not enough to fill your stomach. So, here comes my trick. To save some time I just buy some smoked salmon or chicken and add this to my meal.

The parsley contains a lot of vitamins and minerals. Lemon boosts your vitamin c. The garlic does miracles for your blood circulation and reduces your cholesterol. The chicken and salmon contains proteins, and helps you to lose weight.
